Consecutive Interpretation

Consecutive interpretation is one in which the translator, in this case the interpreter, takes notes during the speaker’s speech, who in turn will make brief pauses so that the interpreter can relay their speech into another language. This type of interpretation is typically used at meetings and events that last no longer than one hour.
